Zero consideration for the patient experience. Be prepared to waste a lot of your time trying to communicate with them. You will consistently be on hold or waiting for them behind schedule. Your time and your treatment are of no concern. They will threat your symptoms but don’t expect any proactive follow up unless you are lucky enough to speak to Lourdes in scheduling. PS - don’t you dare challenge them on your experience either. They close rank quickly and do not respond well to feedback.

SAT THERE AND BLATANTLY TOLD ME MY SYMPTOMS WERE UNRELATED TO HIS SPECIALTY & ONLY ADVISE HIM OF SYMPTOMS RELATED TO HIS SPECIALTY. RUDE & DISMISSIVE EVEN WHEN I DID MENTION THE SYMPTOMS CLEARLY RELATED TO UROLOGY. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY HE WAS DONE, TAKE TO RIGHTS TO EXIT THE BUILDING AND WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM. Follow-up is virtually nonexistent. Don't expect to be notified of any test results if your results are normal. I asked why, and was told they have too many patients to let a patient know their test results were normal. I actually needed to call the facility that performed the test to receive the results. Urology Associates said they never received the results which according to the test facility was not true. This organization needs to learn about customer/patient service and not focus on themselves. Their customer/patient service is extremely lacking and downright poor. They are rude, insulting and do not show any caring for the customer/patient. This is like walking into a dictatorship.
