Patient for many years, no urgency to revisit my cancer problem. Warranted by blood in my urine. Wanted me to see a P.A., who was unable help 3 weeks prior. I was originally a patient of Dr G, recently retired. I could see his replacement, but he was very busy. Decided to leave and found another group that cared. Saw me next next day.

Uses general anathesia for minimally invasive procedure , using just a camera and needle injection. This procedure is only 10 minutes long . The gold standard for this procedure is local anathesia , with conscious sedation if required . No one from the office follows up with you that night or the day after . I developed an ileus post op that did not resolve for two weeks , as I have chronic IBS with constipation that is well documented in my chart . Uses general for minimally invasive procedure . No one from the office follows up with you that night or the day after .. or ever . Blames the patient when they get post op iiliius. Doesn’t listen to bowel sounds in recovery but certainly makes sure you void urine before you are out the door .

Visited the North Falmouth office after changing urologists. Unlike my former urologist this office was clean and efficient. Dr Timothy O’Rourke was professional and it was clear that he cares for his patients. He always listened and provided excellent information that was easy to understand. I recommend him without reservations.
