Terrible care. Poor communication and I had a very troubling procedure outcome.
Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here. I was informed when booking to arrive early because the doctor likes to run appointments on time. I then waited 45 minutes and had to leave. I rescheduled and came back another time, early again. I then waited another 45 minutes (I was actually googling how much time it was appropriate to wait in the room for a doctors appointment) and once she finally showed up, I felt extremely rushed. Dr Timothy O’Rourke and his extraordinary support team are among the most skilled, compassionate and competent medical professionals that I have ever met. I recently required major surgery for kidney cancer and -thanks to their skill and thoroughness - I recovered on schedule. Dr O’Rourke fully explained the surgery and the risks prior to the procedure. His patient, complete post-surgery consultations were greatly appreciated.
