I have been a patient of Dr. Erik Alexander for more than 10 years. He's first of all, competent; having served his residency w/ Mayo in Rochester. He has given me excellent, excellent care. I recommend him without reservation. And a side note; he's one of the most personable docs you'll find, anywhere.
Satisfied with my treatment although I have no basis for comparison. HOWEVER, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. If you do get through to the answering service, rarely do they return your call. Don't even try to reach the doctor. Frustration I didn't need after cancer surgery. Never saw the doctor after surgery, but he did talk to my partner.
Wasted my time driving here. They forgot to tell me my insurance wasnt accepted here.
