My father has had a lot of health issues over the last year, and this was a follow up appointment after having an acute renal injury earlier in the year. As I was trying to explain everything he had gone through since our last visit 3 months prior, I was cut off by Dr Shear, and spoken to very rudely while trying to advocate for my father. Great doctor n nurses
Dr. Kagey was extremely disrespectful. Made multiple rude comments and was not informative at all. Their website says “compassionate & patient focused” but it could not have been further from that. Terrible doctors office
I was unsure & on the fence about Dr. Kagey after office visits but I wanted this stone out so badly. He won me over in the hospital & even allowed me to have a difference of opinion re: some discomfort and major pain w/o getting angry. I would definitely return to him if needed in the future. Thank you, Dr. Kagey
