I saw Dr Kagey. My opinion of him is he does not listen to the patient. I went in for testosterone replacement therapy and while searches show that this clinic is highlighted as providing this they do absolute minimums as far as how they treat a person overall for hormone replacement. Even though I had experience and explained to him where my situation was there's only two options that they allow in in the clinic or that he will prescribe and that's intramuscular shots or topical gel. Dr Kagey is unbelievably rude and condescending. I asked a simple question about a flow issue, and he smirked, and told me I should understand its not a flow issue. ZERO bedside manners and not empathetic AT ALL. I'm telling you....avoid this guy! There is a reason Dr. Shear left.
My father has had a lot of health issues over the last year, and this was a follow up appointment after having an acute renal injury earlier in the year. As I was trying to explain everything he had gone through since our last visit 3 months prior, I was cut off by Dr Shear, and spoken to very rudely while trying to advocate for my father. Dr. Kagey was extremely disrespectful. Made multiple rude comments and was not informative at all. Their website says “compassionate & patient focused” but it could not have been further from that. Terrible doctors office
