Dr. Lovett performed a Lithotripsy procedure for my very large kidney stone. He did not return any messages sent to him via MyChart 2 weeks before the procedure. When he showed up for the procedure his manner was very brusk. After the procedure my wife met with him to ask a few questions. He was incredibly rude to her and actually walked away while she was speaking, turned around and said I should go back to my doctor in NY to address any issues instead. What a jerk. STAY AWAY!!! They have treated my grandmother very nice over the years with her catheter care
In his last days of his life my uncle was at the Hospice Care unit with severe pain and unable to urinate. The staff attempted to put in a catheter but was unsuccessful because of an enlarged prostate. Hospice called four offices and were unable to find any Urologist that would assist. They called Dr. Lovettt and he came right away. Dr. Lovett was very gentle and performed the task with minimal trauma.
