They do NOT return phone calls. I've been calling for two weeks with no one answering the phone or returning my messages about an urgent biopsy.
I live near Richmond Indiana and drive to New Castle to a urologist. I started with David Hall and then I got switched to Carol Stevens which is fine with me cuz I'd rather have a woman doctor anyway. Every one of that hospital is so nice and make sure that they answer the questions if you have one because believe me I've had one. LOL
RUNAWAY, don't just walk... RUN. They are incompetent at best if you are a male patient seeking any sort of T-level treatments. They will bill you for stuff that didn't even happen and never record payments. Stevie Wonder could run a billing department better than these buffoons. Left them after just two cycles of Pellet injections and umpteen bad billings and false charges.
This is the second time that they have text me all weekend for a Doctor's appointment and when I show app the medicine is not there they act like they don't know about it and they say it's all automated so I drove 25 miles 1 way and they don't have my medicine and didn't have the courtesy to call me they knew I was coming like I said this is the second time in 4 months make sure you call before you come in there
