Horrible place. Staff is rude and combative. After 1st surgery went horribly wrong, I needed a 2nd surgery. I have concerns once again and the front desk won't even allow me to schedule a follow up appointment with the surgeon to check my healing. I don't understand how this place is so disorganized and just uncaring for it's patients. Every time I call the first thing I hear is "I need to put you on hold". The entire staff is outstanding. Dr. McAdams really takes the time to get to know you and answer all your questions. He is kind and caring. Sarah worked on our behalf to get the correct insurance information to the specialty pharmacy so that what would have been a $15,000 drug cost only $78.00. The receptionists noticed that we were wearing masks (due to the patient's significant other being immunocompromised) and asked if we would like the staff to mask for us. I was referred by my family Dr. I have seen for 20 years because he felt urology associates would provide the best options for surgery. Urology Associates will not see me as a patient because my referring Dr. is not a Bellin Doctor. I was shocked to hear this from them.

Urology Associates of Green Bay is the utopia of high quality assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the urological system. Dr. Mian is dedicated to providing the state of the art treatment for problem of the urological system. I would refer family and friends to him. My husband was able to get seen today last minute at urology associates, thankfully they could sneak us in, the team was fabulous, very professional and accommodating, a big shout out to Cheyenne, sorry if I spell it wrong, she is a true gem, and is wonderful at her job, she made us feel so comfortable and welcomed and is very knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor, she is a true asset to your company and should be commended!!
