front desk staff is not very friendly. the MA in the back is amazing loved them but the dr was kind of pushy to do things i told them i wasn’t comfortable doing. also the appointment felt super rushed.
Absolutely wonderful staff and doctors. Specifically Dr Belsonte and his team! Very caring and professional
Absolutely terrible. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour never even saw a doctor. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This appears to be a very common occurrence in this office. Unprofessional and unorganized.
11 am appointment sat in lobby 40 minutes nurse finally comes apologizes for wait go back to examination room takes blood pressure and temperature doctor comes in after 51 minutes let him know it's been 1 hour 31 minutes of wait time NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
I am very pleased with your practice and will continue with next appointment.
