Receptionist rude when asked about my test results as having symptoms of a uti. Someone will get back to you she said. Wouldn’t even let me ask question hung up fast

This is a very disorganized practice. Instead of organizing labs and scans before the visit, they see you, and then say "I should probably have ordered.....then he does" meanwhile you wait for results by phone and have days, in pain. The latest was a 5.3mm stone at the location of the kindney stent. Because the Dr. didn't think to have a CT Scan to see if the uretor was clear he pulled out the stent and the stone was right there. Within 3 hours my husband was vomiting in pain and their on call said to go to Emerg. There my h... read more
