After I was given a referred from my primary Doctor, I called 3 days ago and left a message to make an appointment, my call has never been returned. Since then, I have called time and time again, and the phone is never answered, and you are unable to leave a message, because the mailbox is full. How can a Doctor do business when they don't answer their phone, return calls, or allow you to leave a message. I am surprised they even have a business when you can't make an appointment. Blows my mind!
Unprofessional, never answer their phone, they don't call back when you leave voicemails or messages on their client portal, staff are rude. Horrible experience.
These folks were really helpful to me when I was in very serious trouble health-wise. I strongly recommend them.
