The staff has generally been good to me, and the doctors seem generally concerned with my health. However, I got conflicting info. Pre-op said one thing, and post-op quite another. Had I known how I would feel, I may not have opted for surgery, and possibly not for other treatment either. It’s been a week and a half, and I have no sensation from my bellybutton to below my scrotum, about 4 inches wide. The Chinese girl is the worst you could ever find. I should've waited on Ms Campbell. It would e been a month. She laughed at me repeatedly and told me there was nothing wrong, knew nothing about my problem, and sent me home with no help but a bill. I'm tired of their people , they don't know us and don't belong here. I've sought help online in a less ignorant place than Christiansburg and fund the help I need. Dr. King and staff were great in an urgent time of need for my prostate biopsy! I received prompt information and scheduling prior to the biopsy and Dr. King was very professional and informative on all aspects of the procedure and later follow up with the results. I cannot say enough great things about their practice. Will definitely be using them going forward.
