It seems having the patients waiting for an hour to see the doctor is NOT an issue to staff and management. The staff unfriendly and very mediocre customer service.
"We don't take self-pay patients." Huh? So if you choose to pay your own bills, as opposed to paying bloated insurance prices that don't cover anything, you will be denied medical care at this office. I guess I don't really understand how the Hippocratic Oath works...
