My procedure was not a simple one but a normal routine one. They had me prepped up , in and out with minimum delay. The procedure was just what I needed plus the doctors and staff where great! GREAT JOB! Sincerely, Raymond Roberson
Totally unaccountable practice. The doctors give contradictory information at every visit, and what is said one time is often contradicted at the next appointment. Messages left on the nurse line are not returned, and communication is extremely poor. Instead of addressing concerns, the doctors place the blame on the patient and show little concern for the actual problem. Very disappointed with this experience and it makes me question the overall reputation and quality of this practice.
I found the Urology Associates of Fredericksburg to be an exceptionally talented and respectful team. Their professionalism, communication, and overall behavior were excellent at every step of my care. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported.
