My husband called after visiting the ER and was referred by the ER doctor to this facility. The "lead" who answered the phone call laughed at my husband and responded "well we aren't taking new patients." When he asked for recommendations, she would not provide them or further assist my husband. I called after this interaction at 11:09 am and received the same unprofessional behavior.
