This office / department is a huge disappointment. They do not deserve to be part of Adventist Health. The office is under staffed. The people are unprofessional and rude. They do not practice the core values of Adventist Health. I am an actual patient. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone. Every call is put on Hold regardless of weather they are busy or not. I have witnessed this first hand while sitting in the waiting room. After a long wait on hold, an answering service will pick up, but will not take messages. ... read more
Not a patient, just calling to try to get some information and I am unable to reach anyone. How does a practice who never answers their phone or return messages function? I have tried calling multiple times and left multiple messages. Please work on being more available. If I actually hear back, I would be willing to update my review…
