First time here to see Dr. Lee and waited 2 hours to see the doctor which is unacceptable. I informed the doctor of this and to my surprise I didn’t even get a damn apology. She told me “take it up with her office manager!” Worst service EVER!

Kept on hold 3 times once for over 30 min. All calls go to call center and you are never talking to the office you are calling. A lot of third party information. Made appointment one place and my doctor wasn’t there, then they made an appointment for a cat scan and again third party appointment was made for us. Went to cat scan on a rainy windy night to find out the appointment was made at a different location. You think you’re talking to the doctors office itself but YOU ARE NOT!
