Should be a option for zero Had a consultation with Dr Kim Pese had not even seen my scans. Said he would call me. I called reception a few days later with no answers. Went to a Melbourne surgeon to have the surgery. Dr Kim Pese did eventually call me I told him I had been to Melbourne for surgery and he hung up the phone on me the phone call from Dr Kim Pese lasted 49 seconds so unprofessional. Maybe it's time for him to retire 🤔 Along with the reception staff being unprofessional.
My father, Bruce, has been taken care of by Dr Alex Jay for a few years now, and we are very very happy with not only Alex's expertise but also the assistance and support of the staff at Urological Solutions. Shane was so helpful and knowledgeable to my father, answering endless questions in a very caring way. We feel very fortunate to have found these people.
Dr Jason Lee was a life saver. Detected it early and never raised any false hopes jut straight forward. Staff are unbelievable , able to assist with insurance forms etc without complaints I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Id rate zero stars but this isnt possible. Terrible, unprofessional service, some admin staff are dismissive, rude, ignorant, and sarcastic, they mucked me around many times, and refused to listen to me raising my concerns about not getting information they promised despite my several follow ups and complaining about how I was being treated and they refused to apologise, .
