Firstly we had to wait an extra 40minutes and only when we went to the reception to ask is when the Dr finally can out to get us. I had an appointment with Dr Kim Pese, and from the start it looked like he was rushing to be somewhere. It didn’t even last 10minutes all he said was that it’s fine. My mum asked him a question he completely ignored and then just basically kicked us out. Payed $345 for him to tell me to just monitor it myself and that’s it. Excellent service. I needed an urgent appointment with Dr Sophie as my urologist was overseas i wasn't a patient of this clinic.. The reception staff were so accomadating and understanding appointment arranged. Dr Sophie was caring and compassionate. Surgery booked nothing was to much trouble everything explained.
Should be a option for zero Had a consultation with Dr Kim Pese had not even seen my scans. Said he would call me. I called reception a few days later with no answers. Went to a Melbourne surgeon to have the surgery. Dr Kim Pese did eventually call me I told him I had been to Melbourne for surgery and he hung up the phone on me the phone call from Dr Kim Pese lasted 49 seconds so unprofessional. Maybe it's time for him to retire 🤔 Along with the reception staff being unprofessional.
My father, Bruce, has been taken care of by Dr Alex Jay for a few years now, and we are very very happy with not only Alex's expertise but also the assistance and support of the staff at Urological Solutions. Shane was so helpful and knowledgeable to my father, answering endless questions in a very caring way. We feel very fortunate to have found these people.
Dr Jason Lee was a life saver. Detected it early and never raised any false hopes jut straight forward. Staff are unbelievable , able to assist with insurance forms etc without complaints I wouldn't go to anyone else.
