I have had 4 appointments and three of them were not on-time. Today my appointment was at 9:05am (I made this appointment several months ago) and they did not get to me until 11:20am. Lost half a day of work because of it. On top of this, they have not followed up with me when they should have. I would not recommend unless you are retired and have all the time and patience in the world.

Worst service doctor sent he don’t know what is going on and he transferred us to another dr which is not good and when we asked for another dr he refused and whenever i try to call the office they never reply and the woman doing the referrals never sit on her desk i am calling her from 2 months and she never replied. You would never get a good service at that office.

Found this practice through IC network database. Could not have has a worse experience. I was told because I did not have an infection that there was nothing urologically wrong with me and there was nothing they could do to help me. It was insinuated that my pain is in my head. As a student of an integrative medical school we were taught on the first day you should never tell a patient there is nothing you can do for them. Not to mention the extremely rude office staff, they need to be trained on how to talk on the phone. Pl... read more
