I will never step foot in this building again. The genuine care and concern these people have are next to non. The prep nurse, nurse, DOCTOR, and check out lady were all cold and boarder line rude. The doctor (Parker) showed no concern and was in my room less than 5 mins, maybe 3-4. Then when I asked a question he raised his voice and said "SIR, Like I said..." as if I was just a bother to him when I only wanted to understand. They are all about money, no compassion for an established patient of over 10 years. Left me in the operating room because I had not paid a $67.00 co-payment. His wife and staff nasty and rude. I am now under the care of Dr. Sosnowski, love him!!!
