Cox told me Dr. Michigan, in the same office, had "botched" a procedure and drew a diagram of the injury caused by Michigan. The Doctor himself was great, but the staff is another issue! I have called and left over 10 vms no return call at all! Very disheartening!
If it wasn’t for the referrals of my doctors to see this practice I would have given up on them. 3 months out wait to see for new patient, and 6 months total waiting so far to get a call 30 minutes before my appointment so they can cancel and reschedule it for yet another month later. Again, I’d tell this place what they can do with themselves if it wasn’t for the high recommendations from my current doctors. After finally seeing the doctor, he's great .. the support staff review is still the same
