Mi experiencia hace 3 meses no fue muy buena mi mi doctor fue amdrew Michigan iniciar un procedimiento de optilum en la bretra, según lo que me dijo el doctor Michigan que el procedimiento es algo sencillo y que el mismo día iría a casa y que en 2 días Merry tirarían la sonda, pero todo fue al contrario en 2 días. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS FACILITY AGAIN. THE DOCTOR AND NURSES WERE FINE ALTHOUGH THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO TELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW. HOWEVER THEIR BILLING DEPT IS A TOTAL SCAM. THERE SEEMS TO BE TWO SIDES AND IF YOUR PAYMENT GOES TO THE WRONG SIDE THEY DO NOT CREDIT IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT. I KEEP GETTING BILLS, PAY THEM AND IT GOES TO THE WRONG SIDE SO I GET A REFUND AND ANOTHER BILL. THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY TO PAY THE RIGHT SIDE.

He seems to know what his doing. pro: Two nurses were helpful. con: Some nurses are dismissive. con: Time spent waiting after allotted appointment time has never been less than 30 minutes. con: Sometimes impossible to speak to anyone by phone. Sent to voicemail. con: Appointment request left on voicemail was ignored. con: Appointment request made through web portal was ignored.
