pro: I recommend Dr Jenks. He seems to know what his doing. pro: Two nurses were helpful. con: Some nurses are dismissive. con: Time spent waiting after allotted appointment time has never been less than 30 minutes. con: Sometimes impossible to speak to anyone by phone. Sent to voicemail. con: Appointment request left on voicemail was ignored. con: Appointment request made through web portal was ignored.
first of all the receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! giving me attitude over the phone from the SECOND that she called me. i was being nice telling her my appointment was for tomorrow and she was saying no no nope sorry that’s not right. then she told me it was my fault that i should be calling multiple people?? i called ONEC and then YOU GUYS CALLED ME like 4 TIMES!!! then they said my appointment for the next day was canceled because i needed to inform them of my previous visits. that’s your job???? you have ALLLLL my inform... read more
