I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Adam Jenks for a kidney stone that I was unable to pass on my own. From the start, he was attentive and understanding of my concerns. Dr. Andrew Michigan and his staff, as well as check in and imagining dept are very patient and friendly. The surgery unit and staff as well. You can't find a better urology center than this one.
This is a horrible place. I came a little late for an appointment and they canceled my appointment before I could see the doctor. I called and left a message that I was running late. When I got there I was given a number to call to reschedule. I called and left a message for a return call and marked it urgent. I received no return call and still suffer with my condition.
I went to this practice in 2022 due to increasing discomfort and overall, had an experience that left something to be desired. Dr Cheng did a consultation and then a bladder scan and then concluded for me to just stay on FloMax, which I've been on for years. Then I received the bill, paid it and was then hounded for an unpaid bill. Fast forward 3 years to 2025 and I'm in enough distress that my primary care said I needed to go back. Can't get them to call liberator medical supplies to give them the information they need to fill a prescription for my husband. You can never reach anyone by phone and if you leave a .message they will not return the call.
