This place is a mess! It is impossible to speak to anyone; a recording says "push this for that" or "that for this" and every time I leave a message no one returns my calls. I saw Dr. Natalie Swavely on 10/30/23 and on 11/06/23 I got a call saying I had a bladder infection. I gave them the pharmacy I use and it wasn't until 11/08/23 until they submitted it. I had an appointment with Dr. Boyd for a nine month post surgical follow up after having a partial nephrectomy and also was scheduled for a ct prior to the visit. Sweeney Patel drew my lab work after starting the iv for the dye , her skills as well as her kindness were excellent. She made me extremely comfortable and was very informative as well as professional before, during, and after the procedure. I would like to say that ever since i started with Urological Associates Of Savannah, I have been treated like a patient and not like a number. They are attentive to your needs and take the time to explain everything. I just went for a urodynanics test with Laurel and she was amazing explain this procedure like a professional.. I am glad i have found urological Associates for my urological needs. Thank You
I can only give this practice a one star review since I canceled my appointment. I called on 8/11/20 to schedule an appointment to address a kidney stone issue that was causing me pain and discomfort. They scheduled me for 11/3/2020, which was completely unacceptable. Instead, I was able to get an appointment at MUSC in Charleston with the head of their urology department for 8/31. I am coming back to the practice after being gone for awhile. What I have found to be really impressive is the customer service that I have received from scheduler Kelli E. She has always been pleasant, patient and gone out of her way to ensure that Me and my wife were scheduled promptly. She has on occasion reached out to me if there was a cancellation and offered earlier appointments if needed. I really appreciate the care she gives me and my family.
