I have been seeing this Office and Dr. Fagerli for about 5 years since I had a stone in 2021. Just had issues with another stone and decided to go to the ER at SMJH. After a CT scan they confirmed a 6mm stone in my left ureter. The ER Doc suggested I call my Urologist right away but instead I decided to stop by their office and Dr. Fagerli was able to see me right away as well as schedule me for Lithotripsy the next day with Dr. Osborne. Pure negligence and deeply disappointing. My stepfather was told he had prostate cancer in 2022. At the time, we were told that no treatment was necessary and that his condition would simply be monitored. We later learned that someone within the practice was supposed to follow up with him approximately four months after that appointment, but that follow-up never happened. We were told this was because the employee/nurse responsible for it had been fired. His PCP also had not been checking his PSA levels during his yearly phy... read more
Dr. Fagerli and his staff are exceptional. Every visit with him and the crew in the office has been very smooth with no wait. It's been greatly appreciated and exceeded expectations.
