Mary at the front desk is absolutely the most welcoming employee. She is relatively new to the job and shows passion and concern for the patient when they approach the desk. That’s so important to feel valued and important. She is an asset to the practice. Dr. Peacock is a wonderful doctor. He listens and cares about helping you.
I went to urology due to blood in urine. It turned out to be bladder cancer. They performed a TURB which went well, I was told. Then when they were finishing the nurse removing my catheter pulled out my stent. They had to put me back under and go in again. Two transurethrals within three hours. Then, the next day when I was being released the nurse jerked out my catheter hurting me. I filed a complaint but doubt it was pursued.
