My dad has been going here. He couldn't empty out his bladder fully. Despite going to several clinics and being prescribed multiple meds and stupid creams, the doctor found the problem (overgrown prostate) and gave a surgical solution, which has proven effective. My dad is still in recovery, but he can empty out his bladder now. Big thanks to the doctor for finally figuring out the problem. Here is the complaint: the front desk staff. One elevator was closed for repairing? The other made noises while moving that were concerning. The office I visited had kindly receptionists and a well-equiped waiting room.
Already disappointed in services simply because of scheduling. Unacceptable.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible. No one will ever call you back, no one there will answer the phone. We’ve waited over a month for results on labs. We had to physically go up there to get the results. Learning they were bad results and no one had done anything or even looked at it. Horrible horrible. I recommend no one go here. Horrible patient care.
