I went to the Urologic Institute's Palm Springs location and had a great experience with my surgery. Doctor Alexander was very clear, informative, and professional when explaining everything that I needed to know, and scheduling through the front desk (as well as rescheduling) was straightforward. I felt very comfortable during the surgery and would recommend this business! Plus, their location near downtown Palm Springs and right across from the hospital is very convenient.

I had surgery done Friday 6/6. I am so grateful for the amazing staff and treatment that I received. The nurses and Dr. all very attentive and supportive to how I was feeling and made me feel I was in great hands. Especially during my recovery RN Karyzmah. I can't thank you enough for all that you did to care for all my needs. My recovery took a quick turn due to an allergic reaction to a medication I didn't know I had.
