HORRIBLE!!! Dr. Mora never has appointments available and the front desk is HELPLESS even after we voiced concerns about the surgery that was preformed we kept getting calls saying they were having issues and our appointments had to be rescheduled and they would contact us to reschedule but they would never call! We would try calling but would be on hold for hours!

Took my neighbor to her appt at La Quinta office. After numerous phone calls to that phone # to ask if Dune Palm Road was open, we left to go to LQ. Door was locked, still no answer to phone, we checked with the gynecologist office, door is locked, no answer. The notice on door was only in Englsh, my neighbor doesn't read English, they had moved to the Palm Desert location. No notice to my neighbor, who would have taken the Sunline bus to the LQ office.
