Appointment ran an hour late and there was no sense of urgency or respect for other people's time. My husband had to uber back after his procedure because I had to leave to pick up the kids at school. Absolutely ridiculous. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Ive used this office for 5 years, not sure why I've stayed. I started with a stone in kidney after was found on x-ray. Called this office and got nothing but a run around by a rude receptionist for 3 days. I sent a msg to Dr Landau on my portal, have never heard back. Several days later I finally got the normal office staff and they gaslight me and said the Dr answered me days ago and ordered a CT scan. He never spoke to me or anything, just ordered test. I had emergency surgery and Dr. Gerstein was absolutely amazing. Great surgeon, good communication skills, and strong bedside manners. The issue is that the office personal at Urologic Health Associates are absolutely worthless. I've called several times and was promised a return call but never received a call back. One of the issues was the result of a complication related to surgery, but I was told a nurse would call me but never did. I actually had to pay to go to Urgent Care to resolve my issue. Absolutely would NOT recommend. I had a terrible experience with the person answering the phone and the nurse. There is no communication and they have a complete disregard for patient care/health.
Rude never called husband to set up follow up
