All the processes involved in my surgery: initial consultation, testing, surgery, to final post-operatative appointment went very smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. I really could not recommend this practice highly enough. Jackie, at the front desk in the Boerne location is the best. Thanks to all.
I’m new to this office and Dr Jackson. I can’t reach ‘anyone’ via phone even though Jackie left me a VM to call her back. Their system is so impossible, you can’t even leave a VM. Extremely frustrating to the point I’m feeling like it’s not worth the trouble even for the surgery consult!
Dr. Jackson was everything I could want in a doctor kind, compassionate and very clear to understand. The staff was also excellent.

The staff makes the whole experience for needing surgeries done worth it! Jackie and Cynthia have always been so kind and patient whenever I call with questions. Jessica responding to my emails with different surgery options on hospitals and dates was great. Having two different locations was nice, being able to experience both but mainly awesome to have a location in Boerne. *Highly recommend Urogynecology*
