Took great care of us
Horrible. Trying to schedule an appointment is the most cumbersome experience I have had with a professional organization. Post prostatectomy follow up has been zero. I have waited almost 6 months to have any post op care, due to a change in their insurance policies. There has to be a better group in San Antonio
I never write reviews. But, I just had to for Urogynecology of San Antonio. I accidently went to a different location this morning for my appointment. As I was walking out to my car, I got a call from their front desk person. I explained that I had went to another practice. She said, no worries, come on in and we will take care of you. I got to the office and they took care of me right away. I cannot express how wonderful the entire staff is there,. I will recommend them to anyone needing this type of medical care.
Horrible place to go!!! 2 hours waiting to see the doctor and they have no idea what time he will come out. He came out and left - left 3 people waiting and having to reschedule. Poor staff they have to deal with customers mad all the time since one doctor is on maternity. Should have notice the red flag when 3 months ago they called me and said my paperwork was for a different doctor and I couldn’t see the doctor that day. Been waiting since April to see a doctor!
