I never write reviews. But, I just had to for Urogynecology of San Antonio. I accidently went to a different location this morning for my appointment. As I was walking out to my car, I got a call from their front desk person. I explained that I had went to another practice. She said, no worries, come on in and we will take care of you. I got to the office and they took care of me right away. I cannot express how wonderful the entire staff is there,. I will recommend them to anyone needing this type of medical care.
Horrible place to go!!! 2 hours waiting to see the doctor and they have no idea what time he will come out. He came out and left - left 3 people waiting and having to reschedule. Poor staff they have to deal with customers mad all the time since one doctor is on maternity. Should have notice the red flag when 3 months ago they called me and said my paperwork was for a different doctor and I couldn’t see the doctor that day. Been waiting since April to see a doctor! I went to this clinic only because I was referred by another doctor, and I regret that decision. I had to wait nearly four months just to get my first appointment, and I also had to travel from Laredo, Texas for every single visit, which made the experience even more frustrating. Across five appointments, I repeatedly asked to meet the surgeon, Dr. Dabbous, but I did not see him until the day of the surgery. That lack of access and communication is unacceptable. What a wonderful office! Jackie in the front office, is so kind and efficient. Katie is sweet and patient. Dr. Jackson is so attentive and caring!! Great office and staff.
Dr. Jackson and staff took very good care of me! From the office visits to the surgery, they showed compassion. I am VERY satisfied with my care at Urogynecology of SA.
