The office staff is extremely un accommodating. I confirmed my appointment multiple times and when I showed up, they told me my appointment was 30 minutes prior, And tried to reschedule. When I make appointments, they immediately go into my calendar, and I find it suspicious that earlier in the week they called me to try and reschedule, And then all of a sudden I had the wrong time.

I was admitted to Methodist Stone Oak Hospital on 9/29/25 for an elective total hysterectomy and pelvic floor reconstruction with Dr. Dabbous. Although he told me the procedure was “textbook,” I hemorrhaged shortly after surgery, went into shock, required a blood transfusion, and spent 6 days in the ICU. I would give them a 0 if it were possible. First, it's very annoying that instead of talking to someone to set up an appointment, you have to do it through text messages. Then, the waiting time for new patients is extremely long, over 4 months. I told the scheduler that I didn't need to have an exam done since it was already done and it should have been received along with the rest of my records. Very hard to get intouch with. Would not visit over the phone. Hid behind there AI TECHNOLOGY, just to talk to anyone at the office.. When asked to send the results, paid for by straight pay Blue Cross they were very reluctant, until I pushed hard. MY PHYSICIAN FINALLY CALLED AND RECIEVED THE RESULTS.They finally sent after 20 minutes of back and forth. Final got results after 5 calls.
