How can one possibly have any faith whatsoever in a company that cares less about patients? See a PA on your very 1st visit? Drive 5 hours to see a PA that has no clue regarding the issues clearly stated your Wife has. The most impersonal, unprofessional setting I think I've ever witnessed in many decades. Maybe it's the 'new' way in medicine. People as cattle to profit from. It's disgusting and far worse than what I stated.
I have had to sit and wait every appointment, so time management was an issue with the office. The final straw was being told 20 minutes before my appointment that my referral had expired and I couldn’t be seen. This appointment has been scheduled 12 months ago, and I had confirmed 2 days before, but this expired referral was just discovered?!? This was frustrating, so I will be moving my business.
I would find somewhere else to go. The staff is incredibly unhelpful. Their website says "NO REFERRAL NEEDED" but I was told I needed a referral to be seen because it wasn't a prolapse, just IC and cervical problems due to a hysterectomy. I don't think the girl at the front desk knew what she was talking about because what do you mean a UroGYNECOLOGIST doesn't deal with cervix problems post hysterectomy??
