Appalling. I am 12 days post major surgery and called the office leaving a VM at 1pm, asking for a call back due to new onset of pain and discomfort. By 4pm and no return phone call, I called again, asking to please call me back in case I need to come in. Over 6 hours later, they are now closed, and still.no.call. Communication to my husband during procedure was brief and lacked detail. I was also not given hardly any opportunity to urinate after surgery before being sent home for FOUR DAYS with a catheter. Dr Raman is among one of the Best Doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, and being a patient of. I feel truly blessed that I was lead to be a patient of hers in a spiritual meaning, I truly believe you don’t meet these kind of Doctors “just because you made an appointment” I was directed by a Higher Power. Dr Raman certainly exceeds the initials behind her name of M. D.

I recently saw Dr. Raman and I left there in tears. Because I have a high A1C due to Type 2 Diabetes, she said she couldn’t help me with my particular bladder problem until my A1C was 7 or below. My A1C at last check was 14. Not sure how long it will take to lower it but I’m guessing I have to put up with this pain and suffering for several months.
