Not responsive, don’t communicative in a timely fashion with test results or treatment plans. Example: on my 6th UTI and had to wait until almost 4 in the afternoon for the NP to call me with the results they received @ 2 am. I had received the results that morning from Quest with the time they faxed it to their office. I was on day 5 without antibiotics. I have been having UTI’s for months.. go off antibiotic and within a week I’d have another. So I called to make an appointment with the Dr. and was told I had to see the nurse practitioner as that was the protocol. I was not happy about it but took the appointment. Was given a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Within a week of the appointment and being off antibiotics I had another UTI.
