Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My wife waited forever to get an appointment. Finally got an appoint got there on time, and checked in. The lady at the front desk forgot to press the check-in button. Instead of correcting their mistake and making time for her. They turned her away and said she needed to make another appointment when it was a mistake on their end. My wife had to use PTO for this appointment, which she wasted. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Dr. Blomquist is exceptional. I saw her 5 years ago for an evaluation and it was a wonderful experience. Today I attempted to make an appointment and had an awful experience. The schedule person kept insisting I needed a referral and I know my plan does not require one. But I couldn't get a word in as she kept talking over me. I just gave up in disgust and said goodbye. Very good care
I have been going to this office for 1.5 yrs until I learned that Dr. Jacobs changed my medication without my knowledge. I have been having a very hard year and my pain would not get better. I asked numerous times to adjust my medication or try a new medication because the current is obviously not working. Dr. Jacobs refused to make changes until 1.5 yrs into it.
