Very unhelpful. Told me I was too young and that I might want to have kids in the future which makes no sense because the problems I am having are not related to fertility.
My wife stayed on hold for about an hour and was told they don't see individuals with UTI's! What the heck? Guess they are just in business for the "big money" items like surgical meshes. I'd find somebody else for your Urology/Gynecology needs because it sure isn't this group.
