I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment..I was called almost 6 minutes after my regular appointment..the nurse was very professional and also the doctor he made feel at ease..I like that..
While the doctor provides good care, the front desk experience leaves much to be desired. Some staff members are unprofessional, displaying a rude attitude and a lack of respect when interacting with patients. This creates an unwelcoming atmosphere and makes the check-in process frustrating. A medical office should prioritize professionalism and courteous service at every level. Improving front desk staff training and ensuring a more patient-friendly approach would greatly enhance the overall experience.
This was my initial visit to Uro-Medix and I have to say, everyrhing went smoothly. From check in, to the pre-exam to the examination with Dr Perelman, everything was great. Timely, efficient & personable, no complaints.
