Suzy the owner is so nasty she gives you An attitude !! She doesn't want to do the work esp if you are waxing your legs she makes other ladies do it .. she gives you a dirty look she’s very unprofessional I don’t even know how she has a business. She speaks a different language to the other ladies makes you feel uncomfortable!! The waxing place is very dirty also ,!! Avoid this place !!
Specifically told the girl doing my eyebrows that I did not want them any thinner and just wanted a clean up. She very visibly threaded my eyebrow unevenly and when I pointed it out to her I expressed that I was upset and that it didn’t look right. She proceeded to brush my eyebrows and say, “it looks fine.” No apology and didn’t offer to comp the service. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place.
