If I could give them negative stars I would. I went in for a full body wax almost three weeks ago and the place is so unhygienic. My whole body broke out which has never happened for all the time I’ve been waxing not to mention that I have cysts due to the uncleanliness of their rollers to this day that are being treated with a steroid cream. It seems to me that they do not sanitize the equipment between clients or at all. Will never recommend to any unless they want to catch something.

I hadn’t realized I used to visit URMI when they were located at 2000 T-18 Orland Square. Fast forward to 2025, this was my second visit for threading, and during my first visit, I tried eyebrow tinting for the very first time. When I returned on 8/15 for threading and tinting, I must say that every experience has been excellent, with consistently outstanding service.
