I came in at 12:35 for eyebrows threading. The store gates were closed. Came back at 1:00pm. Store was open. I was waiting to get my eyebrows done when tech knowing took someone before me to tint their eyebrows. While waiting, I overheard another customer asking why the price that was charged was more than the prices listed on the wall. The tech then corrected the price. Always look at your receipt and prices before leaving.
Charged me a 50% tip after I told her 25%. I’m so happy I asked for a receipt. Then she tried to tell me not to tip next time. Mam, I will not be back. I really don’t appreciate the treatment and she refused to refund me until I mentioned I was disputing with my bank. I actually didn’t mind tipping 50%, which was $5 but she didn’t tell me that was an option. I don’t like when people try to get over on me.
Do not, ever, get henna done here!
