Ive been with this office for years and have seen numerous doctors come and go. The current staff are uncaring and lazy. If you have a serious medical condition that can't be resolved with a simple diagnosis i highly recommend going elsewhere.
Went to emergency with so much stabbing and burning and stinging and zapping weakness heavyness tingling from all over my face down to my genital area. All over my head. I was referred to this office for suspected nerve damage and oral nerve pain. The wait time for the appointment was over six months. They told us the wait time was so I could be paired with the right physician to treat my condition. I called the office twice before my appointment to ensure I would be treated by the right type of doctor. Both times I was told yes I was coming to the right place to be treated. My husband had been at another facility for many years misdiagnosed. Before we even met the team at U of R neurology, he had a complete team of caregivers. Once we met them, they quickly diagnosed my husband. I can't say enough about their caring, professional way, I will be forever. Grateful that I met them.
