Dr Koh and the team I see here are great. He shows a lot of concern and seems to genuinely care about my pain level and finding something that will help alleviate at least part of it. I've been through multiple tests with my orthopedic doctor and so far, we can't figure out the root cause for the level of pain I experience every moment of every day. Whoever they have answering the phones is void of any personality. It’s bad enough that you have to wait 4 weeks for approval for an injection but then you have to wait another 4 weeks for an appointment. The receptionist was so cold and unsympathetic. She was very offensive.
Dr Ikpot was 30min late, doesn't listen, and interrupts you to hurry up and move on to the next patient, Appointment was February 5th, and as of today, they never submitted prior authorization to BCBS. Go anywhere else except RRH on Middle Rd Healthcare should not be about patients per hour. It should be about the patient's health and care
A very friendly and helpful team here. The waiting room is comfortable and well lit. Dr. Poli and his team have been amazing and listen to my concerns without minimizing or dismissing them. When I didn't want to try a treatment because of potential side effects, they respected that and we found an alternative treatment that helps. I have never had a bad experience here.
Was okay, until realized they cant diagnose me, adjunct my injury to my job where it happen, and lowered rate of impairment and when asked what happen and what test did they do to show improvement the doctor said she uses visually seeing and no test or touching which was CRAZY, And refusing to retract or note her mistake after returning it to 100% imparment like the last 5 previous visits and trying to say only per my request so she dosent get into trouble for going from 100% to 50% bact to 100% after questioned, then try to... read more
