I'm so sorry that I forgot the person's name who helped me. I wanted to thank him for his gentleness in taking care of me. Truly professional.
The staff were friendly and the CT tech was great, but it has been over a week and I still don’t have my results. Every time I call, I get transferred to the wrong department or told they’re understaffed. Very unprofessional and stressful when you’re waiting on important medical information. If you want timely results, go to Borg & Ide instead.
I go to this location (East River Rd) yearly for an MRI. Always friendly and compassionate staff, private rooms and the place is spotless.
I had a swallowing evaluation and the test was absolutely awful however, Ivan and the Dr. made it almost laughable. I want to thank them for making an awful situation tolerable
I had an MRI (third). This experience made me feel that UR Medicine pays attention to people's needs, privacy and comfort. Their staff and setting are top notch. Great attention is paid to privacy in registration and prep. The waiting area and prep rooms are comfortable, and everyone was very pleasant and approachable. This is the only place I plan to go for this type of care from now on. It felt like a Beverly Hills facility.
