Best environment and pedicure service hands down. I love that it is appointment only. Staff are always pleasant, accommodating, and gentle. The environment is serene, every time I go for a pedicure I fall fast asleep during my service. I would recommend URI BEAUTY for your next esthetics session.
Absolutely love my nails every time!
I would not trust this establishment to do my nails. I asked for their dry gel pedicure extra service with Silver Chrome for my birthday. However, the nail tech Ogi did not provide a good service, and I made the owner aware. Her solution was to offer a free service with a new tech, which I initially agreed to do so. Unfortunately, within a 3 days the chrome paint chipped off while on vacation. The owner was not understanding of this matter and would not offer a refund. The experience was not what the girls on TikTok rave about. It was very subpar, unfortunately. My nail tech didn't introduce herself, didn't ask about my nail shape preferences, talked the whole time to the other nail tech and she also didn't communicate properly about issues I had on my nail. The massage and stones were not the full time length. It seems she rushed my luxe pedicure bc I got a more complicated color. Overall I give the experience a 1/5!
