Sincerely appreciative of Urgoform’s support for a complex client’s wheelchair hire arrangement, and helping find a solution to purchase the chair. The client is now more mobile at home and in the community, and can now more easily access her frequent hospital care appointments.
What a useless, incompetent company. I needed a patient lifter urgently 14 months ago. Urgoform could not give me a price, I had to wait for their sales team to get back to me. Take a look at the attached quote - even though it says that I would pick it up and return it, they tack on assembly/setup charges. The unit comes fully assembled. Really caring staff, they go the extra mile to make sure they get it right.
They are very understanding and helpful in getting the right mattress I needed. They delivered it the same day that it came into their Wearhouse!🤯(Fast) after I agreed of course by email! I highly recommend them for beds & mattresses.
Richard and his team went above and beyond to rent a car to us during the crazy Christmas season. A lovely, spotless vehicle that we kept for a week. We also hired a commode in brand new condition. Quality products and excellent customer service
