I wish I could give this emergency vet a negative rating. If I could give -5 stars, I would. I brought in my fully trained German Shepherd after noticing he was in discomfort. I clearly explained that he had just been groomed the day before and had dental treats. Despite providing all of this context, I was told they would perform a full-body exam. My GSD had disk surgery and I could not reach MSU (who did the procedure) in the evening to ask if a fluid build up was an emergency situation. Urgivet’s doctor gave me an over the phone answer without having to come in. This is first class service. MSU flowood was unwilling to answer this question over the phone and said he’d have to come in. I’m furious with MSU, they need to take notes from Urgivet’s staff. I am the sister from the previous bad review. First off, I would like to say your unprofessional response says a lot. The issue was never about a PRICE. I am and ALWAYS willing to pay whatever for my son. Secondly, just because you are “ a person of color” doesn’t mean your staff wasn’t behaving in that way.
