The reception staff was excellent (kudos to Melissa and the other woman who's name I have forgotton...my apologies)! Overall we were treated with the care, concern, and professionalism one would expect from a group one had a long term relationship with; and this was the first time we had ever used their services! Friendly, professional, very attentive to your animals need.
We visited Urgivet because it was time to let out 15 yo dog go. They were so kind. We showed up w/o an appt and withing 5 minutes we were in the room. The room was great. It was almost as good as doing an "at home" procedure. There was no "industrial, medical, cold" feeling to it. We were able to sit on a couch in a private room and feed our baby chocolates that were provided, while he just went to sleep in out arms. We were not rushed at all. I took one of my cats there. They were so friendly and professional from the front desk on. The clinic is so clean and decorated with colorful paintings of cats and dogs. The veterinarian was so good with my cat. She took to him with no problem. They took very good care of her.
Refused to see a dying kitten because I couldn't pay them. I told them we had no money and was willing to do a fundraiser or something and they told me to put him on a heating pad and if he made it overnight to bring him to a primary vet. Horrible clinic. We were willing to sign him over because he's suffering but they didn't care without money.
