This place is dirty and creepy The receptionist is also the nurse?! PA?! Just be aware that this place doesn’t honor appointment times, and they will only take you in when they feel like it. They told me that they couldn’t find my appointment, even though I booked it as an available time on ZocDoc, so that they couldn’t take me in, 30 minutes before they closed. They gave no reason. I think that they just didn’t want to put in the effort for a sick person. I would not come here because it seems like they don’t care about treating patients.
The service was great, but when you receive the bill, they will find ways to overcharge you. Typical of medical places, but just be aware. They will charge under a certain CPT code for something you did not receive (I got charged for an in person office visit when I did not go in person but instead only received a phone call) twice. I called to dispute this and they stuttered by saying my insurance covers most of us so that's why I don't have to pay as much. This was my first time in this office and it was a very positive experience! I had the pleasure of meeting their worker Maria who is so kind and definitely makes sure her patients are taken care of! I would definitely recommend this place! It is also very clean!
Great experience! Took my insurance and were very nice and helpful! Definitely my go-to clinic next time I need another sports physical - highly recommend!
