From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine concern for my well-being. The doctors were highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my treatment.
I had a really positive experience at this urgent care location today. From the moment I arrived, Dimple was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood each step of the process. Overall, the service at this location was excellent. The care was professional, efficient, and very well coordinated. I truly appreciate the support I received and would definitely recommend this location to others.
I feel today's visit was a waste of time first thing when I walked in there was no front desk person so I waited a while to check in ,come to find out the front desk person was in charge of performing test for us sick patients. Every patient was using the same rooms you can tell the rooms wasn't sanitize before the next patient went in they ran out of covid and flu rapid test. This location is very very bad I see the doctor but they never sent my Madison then go back to the doctor after three days I don’t get my Madison dont go there
