I called around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to get my dog Karma in at about 5 o’clock the same evening. We did have to wait a bit because an emergency situation came in. It’s to be expected sometimes. I received text message updates about the emergency that came in ahead of me. Everyone at the clinic was so nice and gentle with Karma. They take Care Credit. Wouldn't come here if you are in a hurry. Went on a Saturday. 2 hours later still sitting in a room with estimate of almost a grand. Regret coming here. The vet was not welcoming and the nurse took 40 min to come in before the vet even came. Not a place I would recommend. Vet informed me the time you are told isn't the time you will be seen so basically sol. If want quick place and reasonably priced....This isnt the place. The UrgentVet in Liberty was a saving grace for us being out of town visitors. My dog had experienced two seizures in a week out of the blue and not having a vet to take her to I stumbled upon this Urgent Vet and I’m so glad I did. They allowed me to reserve a spot ahead of time, as soon as I arrived they took us back and there was no wait time, they did a thorough work up of Maddie and found not only did she have seizures but she was being a silent champ about a bladder infection.
