I had the unfortunate experience of having to say goodbye to my 16 year old dog. The staff was so caring and so compassionate. They made a difficult evening as easy as possible for both my sweet pup and me. Two nights later I was back with my 6 year old, high anxiety cattle dog. My late dog had cancer; she collapsed one day when our regular vet was closed. I was able to take her to UrgentVet. I received wonderful, compassionate care. They made sure to transfer records of the visits to my regular vet, which helped us to navigate additional care for my dog before she passed away a few weeks later. Highly recommended.
As quick as they can since they do get numerous emergencies. Very transparent with pricing and gives you a good idea of the care plan.
We had an emergency with my Great Dane and from the first phone call to the devastating decision to put her down everyone we encountered was so kind and wonderful. They told me to come straight in with no wait. The vet came in the room to confirm we were making the right decision.
