One of the best experiences I’ve ever had for this kind of scenario. My very healthy cat, who is 7 years old, started sneezing and wheezing. Was starting to get a little worse so I called them based on an AI search of symptoms. A lovely, calm environment with an efficient check-in process and an excellent care team. The only downside was the wait time. But I guess that’s kind of to be expected. The pet emergency I had required hospitalization and specialty care that they were not equipped to provide, soUrgentVet referred me somewhere else, but their assessment was accurate and professional.
The staff were amazing! The facility was very clean. There were snacks and hot coffee available for everyone. My fur baby was very happy to meet the staff. The doctor called the next day to ask how my fur baby was doing. I recommend this clinic for urgent care of your pets.
My dog was quite sick with acute caudal myopathy. We were given two drugs and our beloved dog recovered well within 2 and 1/2 weeks. Your team gave us more time with our dog where he was back to normal ...and we will be forever grateful. On the day that he became severely ill, you took care of helping us have him cross into the afterlife with love, care and professionalism and dignity...and we will never forget it. ...it is God's work.
