Great staff! Great service! Took great care of our little pittie when he punctured his paw after hours.
Very pleased with the care provided for my dog Coco. Dr Stoop and Sarah were very attentive and patient with Coco as she is a nervous/anxious Belgian Malinois. Despite the issue with her paw she still is highly active which is not a good mix when around strangers. They were able to calm Coco and not over stress her much. I appreciate the thorough assessment that Dr Stoop completed and she provided education on the differences between possibilities of what could have caused Coco's injury/infection. I took my dog in on a Sunday for ear pain. We were seen 30 minutes prior to our scheduled visit and the intake process was quick and easy. The vet tech and veterinarian were both very skilled, compassionate, and patient during the ear swab & the cytology results came back quickly. The cost of the visit in itself was very reasonable and they were transparent through the entire diagnostic process. My first (and hopefully last) time ever having to go to any emergency type vet, and I am glad I chose UrgentVet. My dog was experiencing some limping suddenly and his primary vet could not see him for over a week, so I decided to bring him here.
